RDUT’s vision is to enrich, polish and empower individuals and organisations for value creation. Its mission is to create value for clients by tapping into their potential and co-creating impactful interventions for productivity and growth.

Khanyisile Sibeko

Khanyi leads strategic people interventions and programme execution. She brings a Master’s in Business Management and Executive Coaching from Wits Business School, a Master’s Diploma in Human Resources from the University of Johannesburg, an Honours degree in Psychology of Education from UNISA, a Higher Diploma in Education from UWC and a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology from UWC.

She is a certified Prosci Change practitioner and a member of COMENSA, with practical experience across mining, energy, finance, technology, education, research and development institutions.
